You can hear them on the soundtrack of the Superhero–blockbuster “The Avengers” with the song “Unbroken”. Now they’ll go on tour with their personal superheroes: The glam-rocker from Cincinnati/Ohio are support act when Slash and Mötley Crüe play in Germany (6/11 Mönchengladbach, 6/12 Berlin, 6/20 Bamberg)! Their look – studded leather clothes, teased black hair, painted faces – reminds of the prime of the 80’s rocker. Back then make up and hairspray were as important for the bands as right tuned e-guitars and watt-strong sound systems. In comparison to the acts back then, Black Veil Brides [german translation] are way harder. Hardcore-, emo-, and metal-elements give their music rough edges. In addition to that the angry vocal-parts of frontman Andy Biersack. The 21 years old was a bullied outcast in school, because of his dark looks. Since he takes over the rock-world with his band no one laughs at him anymore.
